We HIGHLY recommend using a mail service that includes a tracking number!

Packing Note: We recommend securing your stitched piece in a sealed plastic bag to prevent potential water damage during the shipping process.
When your item reaches The Stitching Studio, one of our staff will call to review the Finishing Form and/or talk through any questions you have!
When your piece comes back from the finisher we will call for payment and to confirm your shipping address. Finished items are shipped UPS unless you direct us otherwise. You will receive a tracking number via email when your item ships!
