Introduction to Round Ornament Finishing
Ready to learn how to start finishing your own round needlepoint ornaments? Richmonder Jessica Tongel leads this "no fear" class and will have you feeling confident about tackling your first DIY finish. No needlepoint is harmed during this class! Stitchers will use blank canvas and pre-made custom cording. (Appx. 2hr)
$60 All Supplies Provided (If possible, please bring a pair of craft scissors.)

Advanced Round Ornament Finishing
You know the basics, but you're not quite ready to go off on your own. No problem! Richmonder Jessica Tongel leads this "part two" class and will guide you step-by-step through cutting around your stitched canvas, making your own cording, and choosing appropriate backing fabric. Stitchers will leave the class with a fully finished "cookie style" ornament. (Appx. 2hr)
$60 All Supplies Provided (Bring a completely stitched round "ornament size" needlepoint project.)

Beyond Basketweave
So you've mastered continental and basketweave... what's next? In Beyond Basketweave you'll learn six new stitches including French Knots, Diagonal Mosaic, and Nobuko. You'll also learn how to compensate stitches and read a stitch diagram - unlocking the key to ALL decorative stiches! (Appx. 2 hours, single session)
